DINE-IN PROTOCOL​​
 

• Piece of ID is required- we are currently only able to serve patrons who reside in the "Red/Control Level" or below. 

• Reservations recommended as space is limited. Reservations can be made for the following time slots Tuesday-Sunday: 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, 4:30pm, 6:00pm and 7:30pm.

• Ten patrons seated indoors 

• Limit of four persons per table

• 90 minute dining time

• Face coverings required except when eating or drinking only

• Contact information and screening is required for all seated patrons. This is managed through CANATRACE. When you arrive you simply scan a barcode on your phone and input your information. We also have manual copies. 

• Please follow the arrows on the floor inside and outside our establishment to ensure proper flow of traffic and to maintain 6 feet apart from others.  Line-ups and patrons congregating on Palermo Pub's premises require face coverings and 2 metres distance. 
   

We are closely following all recommendations made by Health Canada and Ontario Public Health in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. At Palermo, we put the health and safety of our staff and customer's first! Every morning we use a fog to disinfect the entire restaurant as well as we disinfect services and devices very frequently throughout the day. We will ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
